Who is responsible

What I keep

Your work email address and name as published by your organization, your organization's name, the public event I wrote about, the page where I found the address and the date, and our correspondence.

Where it comes from

Only from your organization's own public website or event page. I don't buy lists and don't use address-harvesting tools.

Why

To send you one business message offering AnyEventTool for your events, and to reply if you answer. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): the message is about your events work, it is sent to a business contact you published, it is a single message, and you can object at any time.

How long

If you don't reply, I delete your details within 6 months. If you unsubscribe, I keep only your address on a do-not-contact list, so that I never write to you again.

Who processes it

Google Workspace (email). Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You can object, ask what I hold, ask me to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe. Write to alex@tryaet.com; I answer within a few days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
